Balaji Varadharajan

Balaji Varadharajan has extensive experience in various roles and industries. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at TVS Motor Company, starting as a Graduate Engineer and progressing to the role of Senior Manager. In 2014, they became the Chief Executive Planner for Quality Assurance.

In 2014, Balaji joined Tequity Consulting as an Angel Investor and Director, where they provided strategic guidance and financial support.

Balaji then co-founded Cozee Homes in 2015 and served as the Co-founder and Managing Director. Balaji was also an Angel Investor for Rental Property Management.

Since 2018, Balaji has been the Co-founder and Managing Director of Monk Tech Labs. Balaji has developed comprehensive web and mobile products for various sectors, including Owner Association Management, Facility Management, co-living and co-working spaces, and office management. Balaji's expertise includes offline and online customer and staff engagement. Balaji has also created a seamless web and app interface for real estate asset management, offering features like ticket and payment management, inventory tracking, and user engagement through interactive communication modules.

Balaji Varadharajan's education history begins with their enrollment at DPS Kuwait in 2003, where they completed their CBSE education until 2006. Following this, they attended DAV Gopalapuram from 2006 to 2007, continuing their CBSE studies. In 2007, they moved to RSK, where they also pursued a CBSE curriculum for one year. Finally, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Anna University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
