Michal Polesny

Michal Polesny is an experienced finance professional currently serving as CFO at Thein, where the focus is on enhancing the digital economy and supporting customers' digital transformation needs across ICT and Cyber Security sectors. Previously, Michal held the CFO position at OREA Hotels & Resorts, a leading hospitality brand in the Czech Republic. At Fruitisimo, the second-largest juice bar network in the EU, Michal also served as CFO, overseeing nearly 100 locations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Manager at J&T Finance Group and a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included financial due diligence and business valuations. Michal began a career at Aviva Czech Republic as a Corporate Sales Specialist while pursuing an MSc in Finance from the Prague University of Economics and Business, supplemented by education at Ivey Business School.
