Matt Lupi

Matt Lupi serves as the Assistant General Manager at Kollective since June 2023 and has held various roles at Grady Sports Agency since January 2021, including Director of Business Operations and NIL Agent, where contributions include supporting NFL clients and analyzing draft prospects. Additionally, Matt hosts a podcast, previously worked with the Philadelphia Eagles as Game Day staff, and directed operations for the lacrosse team at Temple University. Matt's experience encompasses brand management for the Sport and Governance Association, podcasting for Philadelphia Sports Nation, and interning in marketing and communications for the Italian Volleyball Federation. As a business owner of Lupi’s Lawn Service for seven years, Matt developed operational and promotional skills. Currently, Matt is pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Management at Louisiana State University, having obtained a degree in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University.
