Kari Adams

Kari Adams is an experienced human resources and resource management professional with a comprehensive background in managing people and organizational initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People at thelab and the US division of Wellcom Worldwide, Kari is focused on talent acquisition, employee experience, and implementing initiatives in hybrid working, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development. Previous roles include leadership positions at Publicis, Razorfish, Wunderman, and JWT, where Kari successfully managed resources, implemented operational efficiencies, and led recruitment efforts. Kari holds degrees from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Indiana University Bloomington, and Western Carolina University.
