Julia Stanisz holds a Master’s degree in Social Media in Management from Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at TheLearning LAB, Julia focuses on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team management to support organizational goals. Previously, Julia gained experience as a Junior Digital Project Manager and as a volunteer team leader at PMI PC Krakow Branch. Julia also co-founded the Student Zawodowiec project aimed at assisting students in navigating the job search process. With a strong background in operations and project management, Julia is committed to fostering an inclusive and high-performing work environment.
