Director Of Academic Services at The Learning Experience

Caroline Gilbert EdD has a diverse work experience in the education field. Caroline currently serves as the Manager of Academic Services at The Learning Experience since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Distance Learning Coordinator at Connections Academy from August 2021 to January 2022. In this position, Caroline provided quality academic options to students through technology and developed virtual curriculum.

Caroline also has experience as an Assistant Principal at Germantown Municipal School District from May 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they supported the learning environment, supervised faculty and staff, and analyzed data to support student learning.

Before becoming an Assistant Principal, Caroline worked at Collierville Schools. From August 2019 to July 2020, they served as an Interventionist, specializing in early literacy and reading interventions. As an Interventionist, they collaborated with administration and faculty and utilized data-driven instructional practices. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as an Educator at Collierville Schools from August 2014 to July 2019. In this position, they taught students with diverse learning needs, monitored their progress, and collaborated with a team of teachers to meet individual student needs.

Caroline Gilbert EdD began their education at Concordia University-Portland in 2013, where they pursued a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Caroline successfully completed their program in 2015. Following this, they enrolled at Arkansas State University in 2016 and earned an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership in 2018. Currently, Caroline is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
