Mary Rodgers

Mary Rodgers currently serves as the EVP of Corporate Strategy at theLender, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this, Mary held various senior leadership roles, including EVP of Compliance & Corporate Operations and SVP at Nations Direct Mortgage, and SVP of Operations at Lenox Financial Mortgage Corp. Experience also includes roles as VP Regional Operations Manager at Home Savings of America and Regional Operations Manager at Wachovia/Vertice. Early career positions included Operations Team Manager at Aurora Loan Services, Regional Operations Manager at Chase, and AVP Operations/Compliance Officer at First Bank. Mary has a strong background in operational management, compliance, and strategic leadership within the mortgage industry.
