Mattia Pradegan

Mattia Pradegan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, development, and trade union relationships. Currently serving as HR Manager at Thélios since December 2017, Mattia has progressed through roles including HR Business Partner and HR Specialist. Prior experience includes a stint as HR Generalist at Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies for a brief period in late 2017 and a role as HR Specialist at UNIFARCO from March 2015 to September 2017.
