Kristy Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at RE/MAX before transitioning to a Store Manager role at Abercrombie & Fitch in 2009. Kristy then joined Erwin Penland as a Junior Account Executive, specializing in experiential branding, from 2010 to 2011.
From 2011 to 2012, Kristy served as an Account Manager in Client Services at Vibes Media. Kristy then moved to Intersport, where they held the position of Senior Account and Social Media Manager from 2012 to 2016.
In 2016, Kristy joined Catalyst Marketing as a Director of Client Services and remained in that role until 2020. Following that, they worked at Agency FIFTY3 as a Director of Accounts from 2020 to 2021.
In 2021, Kristy became the Director of Partner Success at Homeward and held the role until 2022. Currently, they are working as the Director of Brand Strategy at Catalyst Marketing starting from 2023.
Kristy Johnson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida in 2008. In the same year, they attended the Wyatt Real Estate Institute to further their knowledge in residential real estate. In addition to their formal education, Kristy has obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed the "Real Estate Asset Management 101" course from Udemy. Kristy then achieved the "Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1" certification from SuccessHACKER in May 2022. More recently, in May 2023, Kristy obtained two certifications related to Agile development practices: "Agile Development Practices" and "Agile Development in the New World of Work," both from LinkedIn.
