Jen Henke

Jens Henke is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in digital marketing, data management, and operational optimization. As the Company Owner of Glomotra AG since May 2024, Jens oversees B2C list/data management and monetization in email marketing, leveraging a self-built infrastructure to innovate beyond traditional platforms. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Glomotra GmbH from December 2016 to September 2024, Jens led significant advancements in email deliverability and operational efficiency. Jens also served as Chief Commercial Officer and Partner at Amnesia Invest AG, focusing on process optimization, and as Technical Manager/CTO at EM Group, where contributions included scaling the team and infrastructure. Earlier career roles include Managing Director/Founder of Henke Media and Country Manager for Germany at CM Network A/S. Jens holds a Mini MBA from Probana Business School and has completed additional educational programs.
