Lena Vaindiner has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Lena started their career as an Informationist at Natan Toner Egineering in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Lena then joined Clickwise as an SEO Manager in 2010 and stayed until 2011. In 2012, Lena joined Haaretz as a Lead SEO Specialist and worked there until 2015. Lena then transitioned to zap group, where they worked as an SEO Team Leader from 2015 to 2016. Finally, Lena returned to Haaretz in 2016 and currently holds the position of Director of Digital Audience Development, focusing on SEO and CRO.

Lena Vaindiner obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Literature and Art History from Tel Aviv University, from 2003 to 2005. Lena then pursued a Master's degree in Information Science, specializing in technology, at Bar-Ilan University from 2007 to 2010.
