Tomer Banin has extensive experience in the software development field. Tomer started their career at Telmap in 2008 as a Software Engineer, specializing in developing GPS applications for mobile devices. Tomer worked on various platforms such as J2me, Symbian, and Brew. In 2010, they joined Haaretz as a Software Developer, where they worked until 2016. Tomer then returned to Haaretz in 2018 as the VP R&D, leading the company's shift from monolithic Java apps to dockerized microservices using Swarm/Kubernetes orchestrators. Tomer focuses on front-end technologies such as ReactJs, Graphql, and NextJs, as well as backend technologies like Java 8 Spring Cloud and Node.
