Tanvi Gadgil

Tanvi Gadgil is a Human Resources professional with a strong foundation in psychology and a passion for fostering inclusive, people-centric workplaces. Currently, they serve as an HR Business Partner at MathCo, focusing on driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Tanvi previously enhanced the candidate experience as an HR Intern at Arvind Fashions, where they developed a Pre-onboarding Engagement Calendar for new Management Trainees. They hold an MSc in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resource Development and Management from Christ University, as well as a BA in Psychology from Sir Parashurambhau College.
