Jared Moleski, CIMA®, currently serves as VP, Portfolio Consultant at Themes ETFs since September 2024, leading a team focused on revenue growth and innovative client engagement strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Victory Capital, where Jared worked from June 2015 to September 2024 as a Senior Internal Sales Director, conducting portfolio reviews and presenting product advantages to financial advisors, as well as serving as an Internal Sales Director. Jared's early career includes experience as a referee for USA Hockey from September 2007 to December 2023, and a Student Equity Analyst at Bulldog Fund, LLC, managing a $2.3M enhanced S&P 500 portfolio. Educational qualifications include a CIMA® from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Markets from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
