Matthew-Ben Campbell has a diverse work experience in the field of motion graphics and design. Matthew-Ben started their career at Picasso Pictures as an In-betweener and Key Frame Artist in 2011. In the same year, they also worked as a Freelance Animator at Pew36 Animation Studios, where they undertook various roles such as modeling, texturing, compositing, storyboarding, and character design. At MPC, Matthew-Ben worked as a Runner and Motion Design Trainee before becoming a Motion Graphic Designer and later an Editor. During their time at MPC, they managed edits for three projection mapped exhibition pieces, assisted in pitching and idea development through research, and edited mood films. In 2017, they joined Blind Pig as a Motion Graphic Designer and then moved to The Mill in 2018, where they currently hold the position of Associate Head of Design.

Matthew-Ben Campbell started their education at the University of Hertfordshire in 2005, where they pursued a Diploma in Art and Design. Matthew-Ben completed their studies there in 2006. Subsequently, Matthew-Ben Campbell enrolled at Solent University in the same year, aiming to obtain a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Animation. Matthew-Ben successfully graduated from Solent University in 2009, specializing in Animation.
