Mikko Boutte

Mikko Boutte has extensive experience in human resources management and business partnering. Mikko currently works at NPR as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at The Mill. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where they managed HR functions for the Creative Services division and collaborated with senior executives on various projects. Before that, Boutte worked as a Benefits Administrator at H and M Hennes and Mauritz, where they handled benefit programs for over 14,700 employees. Mikko also has experience as an Administrative Analyst HR at the City of Santa Monica and as an Executive Assistant Office Manager at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. Early in their career, they were a Business Office Manager at Magic Johnson Enterprises, where they oversaw administrative assistants and managed various HR tasks.

Mikko Boutte obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts- English Major from the University of Southern California/ California State University-Hayward. This educational journey took place from 1989 to 1994.
