Sandipan Majumder

Sandipan Majumder has a diverse work experience in the field of concept art and digital matte painting. Sandipan started their career as a Team Lead of the Digital Illustration team at Skillsets Online Pvt. Ltd. in 2011. Sandipan then worked as a Concept Artist and Designer at Maya Digital Studios (P) Ltd. from 2012 to 2013. Sandipan briefly worked as a Concept Artist at Ottimo Studios in 2013 before joining Prime Focus World as a Concept and Digital Matte Painting Artist from 2013 to 2015. Sandipan then joined Riva Digital and VFX as a Concept & Matte Painting Artist from 2016 to 2017. After that, they worked at Writers Galaxy VFX as a Lead Concept & Matte Painting Artist from 2017 to 2018. Sandipan then joined Prana Studio as a Senior Concept and Mattepainting Artist from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are working at The Mill as a Senior Concept and DMP Artist since January 2020 and has been recently promoted as a Lead 3D DMP Artist in April 2022.

Sandipan Majumder received a Bachelor's Degree from Calcutta University, Kolkata in 2008. Additionally, Sandipan Majumder obtained an Advanced Diploma in 3D Animation (AD3D+) from Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics. No specific start or end years were provided for the latter education.
