Vova Soroka has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vova started their career at ElroNet as a Software Engineer from 1995 to 1997. Vova then joined IBM, where they held various positions including Research Staff Member, Manager of the Collaboration Technologies Group, Senior Manager of Collaboration Technologies, and Leader of the Global Technology Unit. At IBM, they worked on innovation management, collaboration technologies, and building relationships with the Israeli high tech industry.

In 2013, Vova Soroka became the VP of Product Management at Toluna, where they were responsible for product strategy and management. Vova then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Mobile Roadie from 2016 to 2017, where they played a key role in reinventing the low-code mobile application platform.

In 2017, Vova Soroka co-founded SANDBX and assumed the position of Chief Technology Officer. Vova co-founded theMind in 2018, serving as the Co-Founder and CTO. At theMind, they utilized their expertise in software engineering and knowledge of data and AI to help companies identify the value of data and build data products.

In 2019, Vova Soroka co-founded Salut, a community monetization platform for creators, where they played a role in creating and monetizing communities and optimizing groupchat experiences for content publishing.
