SOUVIK NANDI has a strong background in quality assurance and quality control. SOUVIK is currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at Themis Medicare Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the DGM Quality Assurance at Murli Krishna Pharma Pvt. Ltd. and as the Corporate Quality Assurance Head at Hovid Bhd. SOUVIK also served as the General Manager QA/QC - Formulations & API at BDR Pharmaceuticals and as the Deputy General Manager Quality Assurance/ Quality Control - API Unit at Rusan Pharma Ltd. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Sr. Manager QA at Bristol Laboratories Ltd. and Senior Manager Validation and Compliance - Project Management Quality at SNC-Lavalin. Throughout their career, SOUVIK has obtained various certifications and successfully completed audits and validations within timelines. Souvik Nandi completed their Ph.D in Industrial Microbiology from Nagpur University, starting in the year 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Microbiology, General from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, completing it in the years 1993 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certification as a Black belt Lean Six Sigma professional from IIBM Institute of Business Management in March 2013. Furthermore, Souvik Nandi completed a diploma in Bioinformatics and Data Handling from the Institute of Bioinformatics, however, the specific month and year of completion are not mentioned.
