Robin Morris-Weston

Robin Morris-Weston is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic development across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff at Themis since February 2023, Robin focuses on mitigating financial crime risks through innovative solutions. Prior to this, at EVORA Global from September 2019 to January 2023, Robin acted as Chief Operating Officer, driving significant growth and expansion of the company's Real Estate Sustainability Services. As Chief Executive Officer at CliniSys from April 2014 to June 2019, Robin oversaw the UK business's development of laboratory diagnostic solutions and played a key role in scaling operations while enhancing service delivery to NHS Trusts. Earlier career roles include leadership positions at Equiniti and Xafinity Claybrook, where Robin successfully delivered major projects and improved operational efficiency, supported by a solid academic foundation with an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc in IT & Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth.
