Louise Egan FCIPD, MIoL is currently the Group People Director/Head of People at The MISSION Group since January 2018. Previously, Louise held the position of Head of HR at Bray Leino from August 2014 to December 2017, overseeing HR for 4 businesses within the Mission Group. Prior to that, Louise served as a Route Head of HR at Network Rail from August 2007 to September 2013, and held various roles at DHL from 1995 to 2007. Louise is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic people management.
