Richard has worked at several companies, starting as an Artworker and Studio Admin at foxmurphy, then progressing to roles such as Motion Artist and Head of Motion at balloon dog and bigdog Agency, respectively. Currently, Richard holds the position of Head of Design & Video at The MISSION Group.
