Deepika Rao

Deepika Rao is a Senior Product Designer currently with Thena since November 2023, bringing extensive design experience from Scaler, where contributions included leading the design of two impactful zero-to-one products that doubled business unit productivity and improved career outcomes for students by 100%. Prior to Scaler, Deepika served as a Product Designer II, supporting the launch of Scaler in the US and enhancing sales tools, and worked at Spottabl, shaping design practices and contributing to a product with over 100 clients and 3000 recruiters. Deepika also undertook freelance UX design projects for startups and finance firms and has held various roles in finance, including Senior Finance Executive at Ninjacart and Senior Analyst at Mahajan & Aibara. Deepika holds a Chartered Accountant degree and completed an Executive Education Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
