Raji L

Raji L is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Lead at Thence, a global UI/UX design company, since January 2020. In this role, Raji L heads the recruitment team and also manages the Employer Branding function. Previously, Raji L gained valuable experience as a Recruitment Intern at CarePro Global in 2018, assisting the Recruitment Process Optimisation team and learning about recruitment processes across various companies and industries. Raji L holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Acharya, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from the University of Kerala, obtained in 2015.
