Lauren Razavi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, policy, and writing within the tech and innovation sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Plumia, Lauren leads an innovation lab focused on creating an internet-based country, and concurrently holds the position of VP of Communications at SafetyWing, managing diverse communication strategies for a globally distributed team. Lauren is also an accomplished public speaker, delivering keynotes at prestigious events including the United Nations and the European Commission, and has authored the book "Global Natives" on borderless work. Previously, Lauren worked as a Tech Policy Fellow at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, a Managing Editor at Google, and a journalist at The Guardian. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Creative Writing and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Politics from the University of East Anglia.
