Shauna Cole

Shauna Cole has a diverse work history with experience in project management, program management, vendor management, and customer service. Shauna is currently the Director of the Project Management Office at Thentia, where they ensure the effective execution of projects and maintains project management methodologies and standards. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager at Thentia, overseeing various operational and process improvement initiatives.

Before joining Thentia, Shauna worked at the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, where they held multiple roles. Shauna was an Enterprise Program Manager, responsible for coordinating activities between multiple projects and overseeing program strategy and implementation. Shauna also served as the Manager of Strategic Ventures, overseeing program teams, developing program plans and budgets, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Earlier in their career, Shauna worked at NIC Inc. as a Customer Service Manager and Application and Partner Relations Specialist. In these roles, they played a key role in developing customer service policies, managing partner relationships, and serving as a liaison between the development and management teams.
