Ankur Sanghai

Ankur Sanghai is the Head of New Initiatives - Agritech at The/Nudge Institute, where responsibilities include leading sustainable agricultural pilots and establishing partnerships to amplify the impact on farmers' incomes. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Fulfilment Operations at Nivoda, where significant improvements in order volume and customer satisfaction were achieved. Additional roles include Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First and Strategy Consultant at Cartesian, with early career positions at Amazon and Schlumberger, where Ankur developed product strategies and managed engineering teams. Ankur holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
