Sushama K

Sushama K is a development professional with a Master of Social Work in Rural Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Since 2018, they have worked as a project executive at PRADAN, focusing on capacity building for women leaders in rural villages. Currently, Sushama serves as a Manager of Products Livelihood at The/Nudge Institute, developing livelihood products for ultra-poor households. Their past experiences include internships with organizations like the Center for Research and Social Development, Government of Meghalaya, and Narmada Bachao Andolan, where they engaged in rural development, data collection, and community planning. Sushama is particularly interested in tribal development, gender, and sustainable livelihoods.
