Susana Arce is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in the technology, design, and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Theo Build since January 2021, Susana plays a vital role in marketing and design initiatives for a company specializing in innovative payment solutions for the construction sector. Previously, as Project Manager at Lampos Design, Susana led multiple residential design projects, coordinating between various stakeholders to ensure project success. With a diverse career that includes partnerships at Arepa TX and Folklore Las Ninas, and managerial roles at Lot18 and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Susana has developed expertise in sales, marketing, and project management across several sectors.
