Theo Mandel, PhD, is the founder and principal consultant at Theo Mandel, Ph.D. Theo has over 20 years of experience in the field of usability and user interface design. Prior to starting their own company, they worked as a usability architect for United Health Group, Pearson Education, and emsCharts, Inc. Theo also served as the chairman of the Healthcare Advisory Committee for World Usability Day 2007.

Theo Mandel, PhD, is a cognitive/quantitative psychologist who earned their B.A. from Miami University and their M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder.
