Emma Ponting

Emma Ponting has a work experience spanning from 2018 to the present. Emma started their career at Monzo Bank in 2018 as a Payment Specialist and worked there until September 2020. In September 2020, they joined Theodo UK as an Operations, Agile Coach, and Agile Product Owner. Emma then progressed to the role of Operations and Finance Principal in November 2022, and currently holds the position of Head of Operations and Finance since February 2023.

Emma Ponting earned a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from UCL, completing their studies from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained the certification of "Circl Leader as Coach" from Circl® in February 2022.
