Hugues de MEZERAC

Hugues de Mézerac is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Hugues began their career as an intern at Airbus, where they worked as a Plant Manager assistant for a short period. Following this, Hugues joined Louis Vuitton Malletier as an Assistant to the Business Supply Chain Representative.

In 2010, they joined Capgemini Invent as a Senior Manager and remained in this role until 2018. During their time at Capgemini, Hugues gained valuable experience in senior management.

In 2015, Hugues became the Lead Product Manager at Mov'InBlue, a startup co-launched by Valeo & Capgemini. Hugues held this position until 2018, during which they played a crucial role in product management.

Hugues's next career move was to Thales, where they served as the Head of Strategic Product Managers at Thales Digital Factory from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they provided strategic guidance to product managers.

Currently, Hugues de Mézerac works at Theodo as the Chief Product Officer. Hugues works closely with the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer to address product organization challenges. Additionally, they launched a new Business Unit focused on Product Management, recruited and developed career plans for over 20 Product Managers, and successfully led the discovery and launch of more than 20 products across various industries such as Mobility, Climate, Consumer, and Real Estate.

Hugues de MEZERAC completed their Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from CentraleSupélec, which they attended from 2006 to 2008. Hugues then pursued a Certificate in Global Supply Chain from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution in 2008-2009. Prior to these higher education degrees, Hugues de MEZERAC attended Lycée Privé Sainte Geneviève from 2003 to 2006, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Hugues de MEZERAC has obtained several certifications. Hugues received the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2021. Hugues also obtained the Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) certifications from the same institution in the same month and year.
