Marie Moulinié has a diverse work experience history spanning multiple industries. Marie started their career in 2012 as a Business Developer at Thaikila Swim. In 2014, they worked as a Category Manager at Jumia Group, followed by a role as Head of Category Management General Merchandise Jumia Ivory Coast in 2015. At Jumia Group, they also served as a Key Account Manager in the Home & Lifestyle division, where they successfully created partnerships with renowned brands such as Décathlon, Groupe SEB, Delonghi Group, and Kenwood.

In 2016, Marie Moulinié joined Theodo as a Product Owner. Marie later transitioned to the role of Senior Recruiter in 2017, where they played a crucial role in talent acquisition. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition at Groupe Theodo, showcasing their expertise in managing and developing recruitment strategies. Their most recent position at Theodo is Chief People Officer, a role they have held since December 2020.

Marie Moulinié earned a Bachelor's degree in Scientific Studies from Lycée Joffre in 2009. After that, they attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 2009 to 2011, where they completed Classes préparatoires ECS. In 2011, Marie enrolled at emlyon business school and pursued an MSc in Management with a specialization in Corporate Finance, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, in 2014-2015, they also studied at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree.
