Paul Bernuau

Paul Bernuau has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Paul started their career as a Developer Web Intern at B2X Éditions, where they developed a JavaScript plugin for displaying geographical maps on WordPress. Paul continued with an internship at the Laboratoire Plasma et Conversion d'Énergie, where they created a web platform for managing researchers' training programs using PHP and Symfony.

After that, Paul worked as a Software Engineer Intern at the Université de Passau, where they participated in a project focused on designing and implementing a software for editing structural and semantic metadata from videos using Java and Swing.

Paul then joined ALTEN as a Consultant, gaining experience in a consulting role. Next, they worked at Bankin' as a Cloud Engineer, contributing to the development of their financial management application and supporting millions of users across Europe. In this role, they also worked as a Backend and Web Developer.

Paul later became a Fullstack Web Developer at Theodo, where they were involved in the maintenance and development of digital platforms for the Banque Publique d'Investissement (Bpifrance). Paul worked in a small team, collaborating with other developers, a tech lead, and a Product Owner. Paul'sresponsibilities included frontend development, creating end-to-end UI tests with Cypress, improving Java/SpringBoot APIs, optimizing Docker containers, creating dashboards for non-technical teams, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

Most recently, Paul worked as a Backend Developer at SNCF Connect & Tech. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in web and cloud development, as well as their ability to contribute to large-scale projects and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Paul Bernuau obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Informatique et Mathématiques appliquées from ENSEEIHT. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they completed Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles in MPSI - MP* at Lycée Camille Guérin in Poitiers.
