Ella Colldin Flintberg has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Ella is currently the CEO of Theodora Tech, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Co-creator and operations manager at Hejare from January 2022 to June 2023. Ella also co-founded Frukost Stockholm in 2018 and served as a Co-Founder until June 2023. In addition, they worked at Nordea Asset Management in the Investment Desk from May 2021 to January 2022. Ella was also a Co-Founder of Camp Circus, where they created and operated a circus camp for children and teenagers, collaborating with multiple municipalities throughout Sweden. Ella started this venture in March 2018 and ended their involvement in January 2022. Earlier in their career, Ella worked as a Sales Advisor at Longchamp from March 2017 to February 2018. Lastly, they served as a Circus Trainer at Norrköpings Ungdomscirkus from August 2011 to January 2016.
Ella Colldin Flintberg began their education in 2018 at Stockholm University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Alongside their studies in Economics, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy (PPE) at Stockholm University from 2018 to 2022. In 2020, Ella briefly attended Kristianstad University, focusing on Diversity Management. In 2021, they attended Linköping University to study Ledarskap och organisation (Leadership and Organization). In 2022, Ella enrolled in the H.M King Carl XVI Gustaf's Foundation for Young Leaders, where they pursued a program in Value-based Leadership, Organizational Leadership, and Leadership.
