Jake Thiede has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Jake started their career as a Sales Assistant at TOPSHOP TOPMAN in 2009 and later worked as a Sales Advisor at Hobbs Ltd in 2012. In 2012, they joined TOPSHOP TOPMAN again and served as a Team Leader and later as HOMEGROWN. From 2014 to 2018, they held various positions at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, including Oxford Circus Deputy Manager and Topman Brand Manager. In 2018, they joined TOG (The Office Group) as a Business Manager and later took on roles including Multi-site Business Manager, Area Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Operations. Jake'stenure at TOG began in 2018 and is ongoing.
From 2010 to 2013, Jake Thiede attended Leeds Beckett University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in English Literature.
