Noam Attar is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, commercial real estate management, investment banking, and equity research analysis. Noam began their career as an Equity Research Analyst at Bloomberg, where they conducted in-depth research and analysis on corporate finance and provided valuable insights for financial professionals. Noam then joined Merrill Lynch as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Banking division, where they played a crucial role in executing complex debt, equity, and M&A transactions across various industries. Noam later served as a Principal & Senior Commercial Real Estate Manager at BT Group, managing the sale and lease-back portfolio and leading commercial negotiations with Telereal Trillium. Currently, Noam is the Director of Business Development - Real Estate Investment at The Office Group (TOG and Fora). In this role, they have been instrumental in overseeing the acquisition of office spaces and facilitating the company's growth, playing a key role in establishing the company as a premier flexible office provider.
Noam Attar started their education in 2006 at UCL, where they pursued a Bsc in Economics and Statistics, which they completed in 2009. In 2007, they attended the Swiss Finance Academy for a brief period, focusing on Investment Banking & Corporate Finance. In 2008, they participated in a program at Harvard University, specializing in Applied Corporate Finance.
