Chad Whitaker

Chad Whitaker has worked as the Medical Director at Theoria Medical x 5-Star Telemed since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Physician at Select Health, P.C. starting in December 2007.

Chad Whitaker earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Allegheny College in 1997. Chad then obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Marshall University, completing their studies in 2001.
