Natalie Russell, PT, DPT, OCS, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Anthropology from the University of California, Davis in 2008. In 2012, they completed the Flow Yoga Teacher Training 200-hour program at Barefoot Movement. Natalie then pursued their Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of California, San Francisco from 2015 to 2018, specializing in Physical Therapy/Therapy. Additionally, Natalie holds certifications as a Physical Therapist from the Physical Therapy Board of California and as an RYT 200 from the Yoga Alliance.
