In 2003, they became an Executive District Manager for Arbonne International. In 2010, they worked as a Business Development Executive for My Health Care Manager. In 2011, Kristen was a Sales Development Representative for Consona Corporation. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Business Development Executive for LeadJen and a Sales Representative for Hunt Big Sales. During this time, they generated over $5 billion in sales. In 2017, Kristen became a Sales Development Representative for Healthx. In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Executive for analytic.li. Currently, Kristen is the Director Of Client Services for Theoris Services.

Kristen Chandler attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they earned a B.S. Science in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Ursuline Academy in Cincinnati Ohio.
