Brenda O'Loughlin

Brenda O'loughlin is a seasoned professional in real estate development and project management, currently serving as Managing Partner and Owner of Si.Mao.Hai LLC since January 2013. O'loughlin also contributes to The Pennington School as a Board of Trustee Member and holds the position of Executive Board Member and Board President for Canine Support Teams, Inc. since 2006. Previously, O'loughlin owned and presided over Martini Clothing, DBA Incredible ME, a retail company specializing in high-end fashion and footwear. O'loughlin’s early career includes notable roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb as Regional Business Director, with extensive experience in sales and marketing across multiple divisions. O'loughlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder and has furthered education at the Princeton Real Estate School.
