Melissa Halpin

Melissa Halpin currently serves as the Director of Leadership Giving at The Pennington School since August 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Rutgers University Foundation from April 2012 to April 2023, including Annual Giving Director for Next Generation Philanthropy, where responsibilities included managing teams, overseeing student philanthropy initiatives, and engaging diverse audiences. As Annual Giving Associate Director for Reunion Campaigns, Melissa successfully orchestrated reunion campaigns and engaged alumni as philanthropic advocates. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Advancement Officer at Kean University Foundation from March 2009 to April 2012, where Melissa led fundraising efforts and facilitated a significant alumni bequest. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a Business Minor from Ohio University.
