Jyothi Elza George has worked in various roles since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Projects Coordinator at Anupam HeritageLab India Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for coordinating and monitoring art conservation and restoration projects, as well as administering and liaising with clients and stakeholders. In 2021, they worked as a Museum Collection Outreach Officer at Museum Of Kerala History - India, where they were responsible for Google Arts & Culture digitisation project of the Museum Collection, audience engagement on the social media handles, coordinating outreach for the Museum’s film festival, guiding participants of Kerala Museum Internship Programme, and devising an email newsletter campaign and coordinating the smooth delivery of Museum calendars to sponsors and supporters.
