thePromoAgency is a Melbourne-based promotional staffing and brand activation agency supporting live campaigns, events, exhibitions and customer engagement programs.

We provide promotional staff, brand ambassadors, expo staff, sampling teams and on-ground campaign support for brands, agencies and event organisers.

Our teams assist with product sampling, lead capture, visitor qualification, stand engagement, street activations, product launches, event support and campaign execution.

We focus on the details that determine whether a live campaign works: reliable staffing, clear briefings, professional presentation, consistent brand messaging and confident engagement with the public.

From a single event representative to a complete activation team, we structure our staffing around the campaign, audience, location and required outcome.

Based in Melbourne, with campaign capability in Townsville and selected Australian locations.
