Understanding Sowerby

Understanding Sowerby is an accomplished educator and professional with extensive experience in special education and teaching. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education since March 2013, Sowerby has been highly recommended for the role at Eagle Academy III.
