Aisha Al Mahdy has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Aisha started their career as a Pharmacy Assistant at Terry White Chemists in 2012 and later worked as a Pharmacy Assistant at Toowoomba Medical Chemmart in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of a Pharmacy Technician at Fresh Therapeutics Compounding Pharmacy.

In 2017, Aisha worked as an Intern Pharmacist at The Children's Hospital at Westmead. Here, they assessed medication suitability, prepared compounds, and dispensed medications under the guidance of pharmacists.

From 2018 to 2021, Aisha worked at Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service. Aisha initially served as a Clinical Pharmacist, where they monitored paediatric inpatients and gained specialized knowledge in rare paediatric disease areas. Later, they were promoted to the position of Senior Oncology Pharmacist. In this role, they managed caseloads across Queensland, coordinated patient treatment, and provided clinical supervision and training to less experienced pharmacy practitioners.

Before transitioning to their current role, Aisha worked as a Healthcare Data Associate at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust from December 2022 to March 2023.

Aisha's most recent position is as an Associate Clinical Project Manager (Trainee) at Theradex Oncology, starting in May 2023.

Aisha Al Mahdy completed their education in a chronological sequence. Aisha obtained a High School Diploma from The Glennie School, although the specific start year is not mentioned, it would have been prior to 2010. After high school, they enrolled at Bond University and pursued a Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree from 2011 to 2013. Aisha then attended Griffith University and completed a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science degree in 2014.

In 2015, Aisha Al Mahdy joined the University of Sydney to pursue a Master's degree in Pharmacy, which they accomplished in 2016. Following their master's program, they commenced a Residency Programme in Pediatrics at The Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia, where they dedicated herself from 2018 to 2021.

Currently, Aisha Al Mahdy is pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Paediatrics and Child Health with a specialization in Molecular and Genomic Paediatrics at UCL. This program began in 2021 and is expected to conclude in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Aisha Al Mahdy has also obtained multiple certifications. These include certifications in subjects such as Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, GCP Refresher for Sponsors 2 - Inspection Challenge, Conducting Research in a Post-Pandemic World, How to Sell on Value, Not Price, Inclusive Leadership, and many more. These certifications were obtained from various institutions, such as Brookwood Global and LinkedIn, between 2022 and 2023.
