Carlos Castillo

Carlos Castillo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2021. Carlos began their career as a Customer Service representative at Glass Gardens Shoprite, where they focused on resolving customer complaints and providing account information. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Desktop Support Administrator at DrJays.com, where they were responsible for administering the Linux infrastructure, performing system repairs and replacements, and configuring software and hardware peripherals.
