Michael Giordano

Michael Giordano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Specialist at Partners Pharmacy, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they gained experience in customer service and developed their communication skills.

After that, they joined Pharmscript in 2012 as a Customer Service and Admissions Supervisor, where they worked for three years. In this role, they further honed their customer service and managerial skills.

In 2014, Michael volunteered at South Amboy First Aid as a First Responder while still working at Pharmscript. This demonstrated their dedication to public service and their ability to handle emergency situations.

In 2015, they joined Alert Ambulance Service Inc. as an EMT, where they gained hands-on experience in emergency medical services. This role lasted until early 2016.

Following their time at Alert Ambulance Service, Michael joined ReUnion RX in 2016 as a Customer Service Supervisor. This position allowed him to leverage their customer service experience in a supervisory role.

In 2018, they transitioned to Theradex Oncology, where they initially served as an Investigational Product Supply Technician. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the proper supply and distribution of investigational products. Michael then progressed to become a Supervisor in Clinical Supply Operations and, most recently, a Manager in the same department, demonstrating their growth and ability to handle more responsibility.
