Mal Sridhar

Malavica Sridhar is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in product management, machine learning, and technical education. As the Co-Founder and CEO of TheraDriver since July 2023, Malavica is dedicated to enhancing accessibility to autism care. Malavica also founded Northstarre in January 2022, focusing on simplifying technical education. In addition, Malavica serves as an instructor for SQL and Data Visualization at Udacity and has provided consulting services in AI and machine learning to numerous startups. Previous roles include Product Manager at Waymo, where Malavica worked on scalable operations for self-driving technology, and Product Lead at CircleUp, leading a machine-learning platform for early-stage consumer brands. Malavica's consulting experience includes a tenure at McKinsey & Company and data science roles that emphasize customer lifetime value modeling. Malavica holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Michigan.
