Marketing Commercial Operations BI Director at Theramex

Maria Drudis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Maria started their career in 2004 as a Project Manager Junior at L'Oréal, working on Haircolor projects for Garnier. Maria then moved on to become a Brand Manager for Make Up at L'Oréal's Maybelline NY brand from 2005 to 2007. Later, they became the Marketing Manager for Latin America at Maybelline from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Maria joined L.E.K. Consulting as a Consultant and worked until 2010. During this time, they gained consulting experience before moving into strategy roles. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Reckitt Benckiser as part of their Go-to-Market Strategy team. Maria then joined Associated British Foods plc for a year, where they worked in their Strategy department.

In 2012, Maria diversified their career by establishing their own company, KHADIJA COSMETICS, where they worked as the Founder and General Manager. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Partner at K-consulting, further expanding their experience in the field.

Maria later joined the strategy consulting firm April Strategy LLP in 2017 as a Strategy Consultant and worked until 2018. Maria then transitioned to Theramex in 2018, where they currently hold the role of Marketing Commercial Operations BI Director.

In addition to their professional experiences, Maria had a brief role at Coca-Cola European Partners in 2015, working on Go-to-Market Strategy. Maria brings a wide range of expertise in marketing, strategy, and consulting to their current role.

Maria Drudis completed their education in the following order:

- From 1998 to 2003, they attended Esade, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Strategy, as well as an MBA.

- In 2002, Maria enrolled at HEC Paris, where they pursued a CEMS Master's degree in International Management. Their studies at HEC Paris concluded in 2003.

- In 2021, they joined INSEAD for a program in Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation, enhancing their knowledge in business, management, marketing, and related support services. Their time at INSEAD lasted for a single year.
